River City Dance Studio has been part of San Antonio for over 45 years. Chi and Cristine — longtime instructors here — became co-owners to carry that legacy forward. Their joy is in the connections they make with every student who walks through the door.

Our hardwood-floor studio is available for private events, rehearsals, quinceañera practices, and photography. Centrally located on Fredericksburg Rd. Submit a request and we'll get back to you with availability and rates.

Where is River City Dance Studio located?
We're at 3534 Fredericksburg Rd #24, San Antonio, TX 78201. Easy parking is available on-site.
When are public classes?
Every Tuesday and Friday at 7:00 PM. These are beginner public classes — no partner needed and all ages welcome.
Do you have classes for seniors?
Yes — a large part of our community is senior dancers. We teach at a patient pace on a wood floor that's easy on the joints, in a warm social environment.
Do I need to bring a partner?
No. We rotate partners during public classes so everyone gets to dance. Private lessons can be one-on-one or as a couple.
What's included in the $145 bundle?
A 10-pack of beginner classes (10 hours) designed to build foundational dance skills. It can be shared with up to 2 individuals, no partner is needed, and you can cancel within 24 hours to receive your credit back. Plus, bring a friend for FREE to any single class you attend!
How do I pay?
We use Square for all card transactions — major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash is also accepted at the door.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes with a smooth sole (avoid grippy rubber soles). Cowboy boots work great for Country and Tejano classes.
Can I rent the studio for an event?
Yes. Our studio is available for private events, rehearsals, quinceañera practices, and photography. Submit the rental form above for availability and rates.
Do you offer instruction in Spanish?
Yes — our instructors are bilingual and can teach in English or Spanish. Sí, enseñamos en inglés y español.
